The Black Forest Accelerator Program based in Lahr will host up to eight teams with ideas related to the fitness and health market for a 3-month, immersive, mentor-driven startup accelerator. Join the program from May, 5th 2014 on until August, 2nd 2014 and have the chance to use the co-working facilities for another 3 months for free.
Our Idea
We love innovation and we love to live in Black Forest. Therefor we want to provide an once-in-a-lifetime experience for teams with innovative ideas in the healthcare & fitness markets by providing seed funding, intense mentoring, co-working space and contacts to media and investors.
Our Network
We have a global mentor network consisting of experienced entrepreneurs, business leaders, world class athletes, coaches and investors, who look forward to share their knowledge and experience with participating teams.
Our Goal
We seek to connect early stage entrepreneurs with business leaders, investors and world-class athletes to help entrepreneurs to bring their product/service to market faster and to have quicker scaling.
We support participating teams with 12.500€ in return for 5-7% equity, depending on the status level of the idea. We will provide office space, tools, mentors, media coverage and a lot of fun, challenges and surprised.
The program ends with a “Demo Day” in Black Forest during which each team presents their project to angel investors, VC´s and potential partner companies.
